Not on par for the price we paid!!!! Service was something you would expect at a motel for $39 STAFF WAS TERRIBLE!!!! Asked for extra blanket got handed 2 pillow cases and told this was all they had!! Asked for coffee for the room and was told coffee would be put out in the morning. Bad Breakfast The breakfast consisted of a pile of hard boiled eggs that were blue inside and inevitable. After one bite, I had to spit it out. There were also bags of “outmeal” powder to be disolved in luke warm water in a tiny styrofoam cup. If you could get access to them at all without encroaching on the social distancing bubbles of other customers looking for anything edible. the hotel needs to train personnel on how to deal with the clients personnel needs to be trained or changed. A front desk lady refused to send a shuttle to pick me up at 9-30 pm, then she was not able to find my confirmation/ booking, later she played a trick with my credit card (e.g. initially dropped it and was not able to find for 15 minutes, then reported no transaction possible) After calling both bank, who emitted the card, and booking.com she managed to proceed with payment. Intolerancia e inflexibles. Servicio el mostrador y oficina, no escucharon que yo cancelé en la aplicación booking.com con suficiente tiempo de anticipación pero la aplicación falló y la aplicación mando un correo electrónico pidiendo que no hicieran cargos, aún así me cargaron en mi cuenta. Fué muy injusto, el hotel pudo cancelar y no hacer cargos, estoy muy desagusto con el hotel y la aplicación. Nada, empezando por una actitud intolerante e inflexible.
Disappointing I booked the hotel because it offered a free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a nutrition bar and/or a banana. I'm used to being offered something a bit more hearty for breakfast when I stay at a hotel the offers free breakfast.
Very Poor They stated the shuttle ran until 11p, I called at 1030p to schedule pickup and was told they would arrive at 11p. I called again at 1110p and was told the shuttle would not be picking me up and I needed to call an Uber.
Way too noisy Too much noise from the highway. Only serve breakfast after 7am to 9am
not recommended for the price we paid The staff at reception were not too much helpful, neither communicative. The breakfast was just terrible (NO selection at all), a lot of things were broken / not working, the refrigerator was on freezing level so my things frozen up. For money we paid I definitely expected at least little bit better of everything. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 months daughter. The room was spacious with access to a nice garden, but it was only one good thing about this stay.
