I won’t stay again & neither will my daughter. No television. They said it had been out days because of a power outage🤨. Very little. No cereal, bagels, rolls, bacon etc.
Fair Breakfast too poor (boiled egg and granola bar). Staff not friendly. Funny smell in my bedroom. Location, super close to the airport (8 minutes) - they charged only 10$ for my small dog (1 night)
Mattress was hard. The bed and the then curtains on the windows Location to airport .
Poor The night staff was cooperative, but not the morning staff. They are what made the stay less than pleasant. The night clerk told us we could have a grab and go breakfast the next morning when we left at 4 am. When I went to pick them up, we were told only pilots get grab and go breakfast. The morning wouldn’t honor what we are told the night before. Also, the room keys didn’t work. I kept having to take them back to fix them. Clean and close to airport
Disappointing Room remained humid despite turning up the air conditioner. There was an odor that smelled like “wet dog”. The breakfast consists of a nutrigrain bar and a fruit. Beautiful courtyard be gazebo.

Thank you Aryn for sharing your feedback with us. I'm proud to say that as of 10/4 we have started serving Waffles again as part of our breakfast. Sourcing breakfast items has been very challenging with the logistics suffering from this labor crisis, I hate that it is impacting our guests in this way. As for the AC, we will have our maintenance team address that room immediately. Thank you again, we hope to see you back soon!

Got the job done. Wish there was more nutritious food for sale and for breakfast. Also more gluten free options. For people with cancelled flights and not able to get suitcase, some toiletries and back up items for sale would be helpful. Shower could be upgraded. Also some staff not very trained or customer centric. Plug by bed would be nice. Clean. 2 staff members were helpful 2 others were not.

Thanks so much for the feedback Tanya. We really pride ourselves on clean rooms and smiling faces. As we slowly pull our way out of Covid-19 restrictions, we are trying to upgrade our breakfast as items become available. Our current breakfast has several gluten free options, boiled eggs, oranges, apples, bananas, and a cheese snack.
