Not clean The key doesn’t work for fitness center. The room didn’t get cleaned when arrived. Hair on bed and trash can not emptied. Nothing

Missing shoes After checking out, I drove the 5 hours home and realized I'd left a pair of brand new Nike shoes. I immediately called the hotel, and they said no one turned them in(the housekeeper). They were my 9-year-old son's, and he saved money to purchase then.
Horrible I did not like the fact that the hotel have a pre-authorization hold on your card. I was contacted by Mary (hotel associate) and was told my room would no longer be held unless I pay for one night the day of my check in before the arrival. I informed Mary that I had a no repayment and through booking I was able to pay at the location. Mary was very rude to my family. Fair Ganz einfaches Frühstück, immer das Selbe , geringe Auswahl, keine Auswahl glutenfrei, beim Obst immer nur Äpfel zu Auswahl, schlecht bei Allergie auf Äpfel keine Reinigung bei Aufenthalt von Sonntag bis Mittwoch und somit keine Müllentsorgung
Fair Frühstück und Ausstattung erwartbar mittelmäßig; Klimaanlage zu laut zum Schlafen Hotel durchgehend besetzt, also Einlass auch nach 22:00 möglich
Will never book at any la Quinta hotel again They charged me for two nights when I’m reality it was only one that I stayed Room was cold

When you failed to arrive a No-Show Fee of the 1st Night Room & Tax was applied. When you arrived early morning on 7/08/23 you were then charged for the night of the 8th. Great stay in Grand Prairie Nothing! Perfect stay! Great price on Priceline.com The property is decorated very nice, warm and inviting. The front desk staff members are great and the cleaning staff were cordial, as well! The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The gym equipment was all operable.
