Seems slightly run down Seemed in need of refurbishment although the lobby area was nice. The shower was lukewarm. After one night we went next door to the Hilton home2 suites which was fab. Nothing
Disappointing Where shall I start? First of all, the address was incorrect---it should be East 1-20 rather than West I-20. This created a huge problem just finding the place. We were told that the rooms had been renovated---obviously that did not apply to our room---the lighting was inadequate; no lamp by the chair to read by; the desk chair looked like it had been chewed on; the tv remote was very slow in responding so probably needed a new battery; there were two of us with only 3 hangers--took two days to get some extra h... read more
Poor Mold in bathroom
Not pleased with experience with La Quainta Room smelled, very cold atmosphere in room and furnishings. TV worked poorly, no bath mat, no newspaper for the price paid, breakfast not up to par with even lesser priced motels/hotels. Poor choice of vending machine products. Mainly just a cold atmosphere from the min walked in. Would not pic a future stay at this motel chain. Extremely disappointed and it was a special occasion for a 50th HS reunion.
Poor The room had a bad smell!
Pleasant Air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was terrible. Only white bread. Ran out of eggs and didn't restock. Only sweet yogurt and one flavor. Coffee was awful. I'm extremely disappointed in your use of styrofoam. Location to restaurants
Big disappointment First person we met at front desk acted as if we were bothering her. Very grumpy. Hotel had a bad pinesol type smell in the lobby. Our room was 2nd floor and smelled like mildew. Everything was warn out or broken from fount opts in from of building, entrance fence, entrance road right down to the toilet seat loosing the white coating on it showing wear. Very disappointed.
