Okay The elevator was out of order. I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room and when I made it to my room the A/C wasn't working and the ice machine was out of order. The location was the only thing I liked about this hotel.

Okay The elevator was not working and hadn't been since last Friiday. Notification of this would have been nice. Also they charge for pets. This information is not on booking.com. Sleeping.

Okay Sofa bed was nothing but springs and they refused to change the mattress of offer resolutions. They charged me twice for the room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast buffer

It was lower quality than other La Quinta Inns I have stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained so we had to ask to have them change them for new ones, as well as the phone in the room was in poor shape. The staff was very helpful and the room was overrall nice, and when we had a problem they gave us a discount in order to make up for it.

Very Poor The breakfast was not well stocked. Was not laid out well and there was not adequate seating for guests. Coffee ran out. Orange juice ran out. Person working was running around obviously not keeping up. Computer station had no chairs. Not enough parking. And nothing within walking ddistance Bed was ok but i was not sure linens were clean.

Fair I hated that you could here the elevators. and my room was almost perfect until the shower had hair all over it from a previous guest. nice spacious room
