It was ok simply because I needed it. If we would have had more time, I would have asked for a refun The only thing i didnt like was.. Being told one price for a room that was supposed to have a hot tub IN the room.. Only to pay more money than i was initially told and there was no hot rub in the room at all!!! I was going to get a refund and find another room.. But i was pressed for time (had a wedding to get ready for!) Nothing. But the breakfast

Okay No me gusto me isieron un cobro de mas ise reservación por internet y me dieron un precio y cuando llegue ay me salieron con otro y según lo iban a modificar y a respetar él precio que me dieron por internet y cuando cheque mi estado de cuenta me cobraron de mas Aparte la habitación no tenia un olor agradable. sinceramente yo esperaba algo mejor

Very Poor
Low to adequate. Night staff person was very helpful and competent. Bed was way too hard, seemed old and lumpy, not comfortable. Bright light from next building shone into our room all night-rm 202–could not close curtains, also without blocking AC. Night clerk came and fixed broken/loose toilet handle, reprogrammed the tv so it would work, fixed non-working key card.

Good hotel, front desk needs customer service training The room I booked was not available. There was an option for full or king... I was given a double. I went back to the front desk to ask about it because the phone in the room would not dial out, and the clerk stated the rooms were available but were not clean.
