Everything was great except for the bed bugs The bed had bed bugs!!!!! I was there on Saturday Jan 05, 2018, room 408 I called to the hotel and asked the person who answer to please check the bed, and he was rude, he just told me no one has complained about it. I did not ask for anything back because my whole experience there was very good, I just wanted them to check the mattress and fix the problem with the bed bugs. Close to family will stay again I never received my receipt. I asked for an email but I don’t believe it was ever sent. Bed was very comfortable room was clean the check in staff was very friendly and accommodating.
