It was not good this time I’ll probably book elsewhere next time My room wasn’t properly cleaned, the beds were leaning, the staff was not helpful at all and made me fix my own toilet that was stopped up when I made it, the tub had dirt rings around it and a few of the towels were stained Really nothing this time last time I had a better experience

I purchased two rooms. My guest had bugs on their bed. It was a queen double. They told the front desk and pretty much n Since staff not all want helpful with small problem Great location

We will never stay here again. Very disappointing for the most part Elevator had problems the first day. It was very slow even after being repaired. Faucet in our bathroom leaky. No maid service at all. They only clean the rooms every three days. This is unheard of. We had to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Toilet too low. Difficult for me to get up from. Disaster The staff member Joe was completely rude when I told him that the phone in room was not working, the TV was not a smart TV, and there were no phone chargers in the sockets on the wall. They do have them in the lobby on the table. The phone in the room doesn’t work, and when I told Joe about an elderly person, he said, "Well, they have cell phones."
