Very Poor The room was not cleaned all the way. There was straws and trash under everything and the floor was wet in one spot. As well as we ended up leaving at 3 am due to gitting bit up by who knows what. I thought it was just me. But then my son couldn't sleep at all either due to bites. So we checked out and left. Very disappointed I liked that the staff was friendly

Worst "nice" hotel I've ever experienced The cleanliness was not what I expected. The rooms looked like someone rushed to clean them and forgot keys parts. The sheets on the couch were still dirty (and the couch was pretty gross as well), the cot we used also had dirty sheets. Then we found a live cockroach in our room. While checking for more we discovered trash under the bed, so to me a thorough cleaning did not take place. The pool was also pretty dirty and not well maintained. Will not stay in this hotel again. The carpet, bed and pillows felt very wet and humid. The elevator was not working. The pool was very dirty my kids got a rash. Food was good

We came to witness the Total Solar Eclipse. However, Hotel staff or authorities were oblivious. Choices for non-egg, non-meat/fish eaters were not their. No tea or Hot water arrangement in the room. No market or eating places around. Hotel Staff were recluse without any interest in the great event of Total Solar Eclipse, as the location had maximum duration of visibility.
