Room for improvement The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on my back as tried to go to sleep. I've been mattress shopping before at it reminds me of the cheapest of the cheap on the showroom floor. The coffee cups were just plain styrofoam cups not wrapped with anything. How are we supposed to know if they are clean, un-tampered with cups? It reminded me of an episode of Undercover Boss I once saw and the boss wasn't happy. Too expensive The bathtub The rate is too high for such location and the bathtub is not flowing properly…
Horrible and would avoid if possible. The heater was extremely loud and old. People partying all night and smoking tons of weed, which I don’t mind, but the music was way too loud. Front desk staff was aloof and always cooped up in the back office, never were present at the front desk. It was clean and didn’t smell bad.

Very Poor No cleaning
Not satisfied A lot of things were broken. The thermostat didn’t have buttons to adjust the air so we had to remove the cover to adjust the temperature. One of the towels had what appeared to be a red, sticky piece of candy on it. The lamps on the walls were barely hanging on. The bathroom faucet was loose too. The bed was very hard. They’re in the middle of construction on part of the hotel so maybe we came at a bad time, but I wish we would’ve chosen elsewhere.
Will not stay there again There was no breakfast available other than coffee. Had one fire exit closed which I think is a fire code violation. The adds for this place said continental breakfast available, and was not true Room clean, and bed comfortable
Got off to a bad start with charging me more than quoted. I do have copies of both. Never asked for my rewards number. I booked on line and specifically stated we had a dog. But when I checked in I had to pay $23 more and sign a hokey piece of paper. Be up front about the charges. List it on your website Was clean. Newer than the last one
