The smell gave me a sore throat and not a safe area Very unsafe location for a female traveller. Next to a state prison.

We will never stay here again. Very disappointing for the most part Elevator had problems the first day. It was very slow even after being repaired. Faucet in our bathroom leaky. No maid service at all. They only clean the rooms every three days. This is unheard of. We had to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Toilet too low. Difficult for me to get up from. Disaster The staff member Joe was completely rude when I told him that the phone in room was not working, the TV was not a smart TV, and there were no phone chargers in the sockets on the wall. They do have them in the lobby on the table. The phone in the room doesn’t work, and when I told Joe about an elderly person, he said, "Well, they have cell phones." Will stay at another hotel next time. It smelled like mildew. Bed frame material was stained with God only knows what. Air condition filter needs to be cleaned. It got very muggy in the room. Close to the event we were attending in Ferris.

Guests are obviously NOT welcome The hotel did not react on our request to shift our stay for one day, due to a cancelled international flight. When we arrived, we were charged for one night as a 'no-Show' and the room for the 2nd night was cancelled. How much more do you need to expierence to understand that you are NOT welcome?

Bad customer service no notification given to cancel reservation The customer service was really bad. No explanation of why my reservation was canceled
