Will not stay in this hotel again. The carpet, bed and pillows felt very wet and humid. The elevator was not working. The pool was very dirty my kids got a rash. Food was good

Bad Manager and policies! Worst manager, will never stay at one of their properties again!!!!

We came to witness the Total Solar Eclipse. However, Hotel staff or authorities were oblivious. Choices for non-egg, non-meat/fish eaters were not their. No tea or Hot water arrangement in the room. No market or eating places around. Hotel Staff were recluse without any interest in the great event of Total Solar Eclipse, as the location had maximum duration of visibility. The location was great for the reason we needed the hotel along with the price. The elevator kept breaking and we were on the 4th floor. Also, the air conditioning in our room was dripping water so the floor was wet. The breakfast was decent. No complaints.

It’s ok, next time I’ll ask for a quiet floor. Put me on a floor with very noisy families; Elevator took a long to come up or come down; Inadequate fitness center; Loud neighbor (was nascar event going on the street?); Questionable drivers in the parking lot, very sketchy; It’s clean and professional

Disappointing The first room door was not secure. It looked as if it had been kicked in. The second room tv didn't work, and the door didn't close the way it should. My mother got sick from the boiled eggs they served for breakfast. I The bed was comfortable

Awful for the the price we paid Card read didn't work 4 out of the 5 nights we were there, refrigerator froze everything even on lowest setting, TV was hanging off the wall and on wrong input, ice cold water two nights and one night no water because a leak in another room and the last Night we were there two cars were broken into Staff was very nice and tried to help
