Will stay at another hotel next time. It smelled like mildew. Bed frame material was stained with God only knows what. Air condition filter needs to be cleaned. It got very muggy in the room. Close to the event we were attending in Ferris.

Guests are obviously NOT welcome The hotel did not react on our request to shift our stay for one day, due to a cancelled international flight. When we arrived, we were charged for one night as a 'no-Show' and the room for the 2nd night was cancelled. How much more do you need to expierence to understand that you are NOT welcome?

Bad customer service no notification given to cancel reservation The customer service was really bad. No explanation of why my reservation was canceled

Very Poor The sheets were gross. Hair in them. Stained. We are not complainers. We were exhausted so we just used the clean bed Good location

Very Poor The room was not cleaned all the way. There was straws and trash under everything and the floor was wet in one spot. As well as we ended up leaving at 3 am due to gitting bit up by who knows what. I thought it was just me. But then my son couldn't sleep at all either due to bites. So we checked out and left. Very disappointed I liked that the staff was friendly

Worst "nice" hotel I've ever experienced The cleanliness was not what I expected. The rooms looked like someone rushed to clean them and forgot keys parts. The sheets on the couch were still dirty (and the couch was pretty gross as well), the cot we used also had dirty sheets. Then we found a live cockroach in our room. While checking for more we discovered trash under the bed, so to me a thorough cleaning did not take place. The pool was also pretty dirty and not well maintained.
