Very Poor No cleaning

Not satisfied A lot of things were broken. The thermostat didn’t have buttons to adjust the air so we had to remove the cover to adjust the temperature. One of the towels had what appeared to be a red, sticky piece of candy on it. The lamps on the walls were barely hanging on. The bathroom faucet was loose too. The bed was very hard. They’re in the middle of construction on part of the hotel so maybe we came at a bad time, but I wish we would’ve chosen elsewhere.

Will not stay there again There was no breakfast available other than coffee. Had one fire exit closed which I think is a fire code violation. The adds for this place said continental breakfast available, and was not true Room clean, and bed comfortable

The stairwell has been temporarily closed by the fire department to keep our guests safe during the upgrades to the exterior of the building. As for the breakfast, it was reopened 2 weeks ago. Got off to a bad start with charging me more than quoted. I do have copies of both. Never asked for my rewards number. I booked on line and specifically stated we had a dog. But when I checked in I had to pay $23 more and sign a hokey piece of paper. Be up front about the charges. List it on your website Was clean. Newer than the last one

September stay 3rd stay in a row the pool is out of service. Requested early check-in EVERY time and the facility fails to acknowledge. Request late check out and the facility fails to acknowledge. Front desk calling and house keeping opening the door. Location

Bad The beds are so hard, one of our rooms was hot and the main reason we book in this hotel was for the pool but it seems like it’s under construction!!

Bad The reviews about this property were very misleading…the property advertised a pool with hot tub and a continental breakfast however continental breakfast was a bag with a muffin, water and silverware. The pool and hot tub were still closed over a year and 1/2 about this “pandemic”. The elevator wasn’t working. The rooms were poorly cleaned…we found a pair of socks under the bed. There also wasn’t any ice buckets available for use. The trash can didn’t have any trash bag in them. Overall a one star is to much.
