It was a disappointment to the grandchildren that the pool was not open. They had planned to swim. It was advertised with a pool and breakfast but both were closed. I ended up stuck in the room with a 7 year old and 10 year old that thought they would get to swim but we had to stay in the room. The facility was nice and clean.

Won't happen again !! Single use lotion , shampoo, conditioner not in room. Lobby BR closed, Stripes can keep theirs open with 100 X the guests ! Grass so tall my, dog couldn't find a place to use the bathroom. Grounds un-mowed and sloppy. Single use ,individually glasses not in room. Yellow stains on pillow cases! ! Bag over smoke detector, which means we stayed in a smoking room when we paid for a non-smoking !!! Staff was friendly ! Staff was friendly !

We do keep limited items in the room but each of these items are still readily available at the front desk. The same applies to our breakfast, which is now limited to the breakfast bags. Been to many better La Quintas - this one did not live up to prior experience Just seemed run down, staff not friendly Poot

Fair The people above us we’re super loud all day and all night . I told front desk and she did let them know but then they got louder . It was awful . And people next to us were playing the music so loud . It’s in a good location , The lady was nice at the desk, room was clean .
Horrible for a famiy stay. the room was not clean, the floors were not clean, no soap in bathroom I usually carry my own but expected some. I don't do reviews but had to do this one. Bad experience. no breakfast due to COVID-19 except for coffee

Horrible The air-conditioning stop working in the room , they wanted to give us another room and it was dirty with hair in the floor and urine on the floor and the air conditioning wasn't working either. I proceeded to tell the manager & there was a language barrier. Please refund my money. For the price you pay for the room breakfast is horrible and the location is great

very dissatisfied! not worth the stay how my check in went, then the room wasn't like I reserved it n the beds weren't fully made. the hotel itself
