No elevator, lost power, but was clean. Power failed, the only elevator died and wasn’t operable, door slammed easy, and poor water pressure. Location was close to my needed destination

did not get to stay had to drive another 18 mins to find a hotel when I arrive with my children at 12am at night the front desk advise they were unable to find any reservation that I book through booking nothing

Bad Pool and jacuzzi was broke, bathroom was dirty and breakfast was horrible, everything was cold. I will never stay at a laquinta again. The bad thing is I have never had a experience like that. I have two girls who were looking forward to the pool and they could have let me know before hand. I had a wedding to attend and didn't have the time to get another hotel. Like I said I will never book a room with Laquinta again. Nothing much to like except for the woman that brought us a ice bucket to the room

Bad I didn't like how the pool was so crowded they should allow adults to swim later and give the kiddos a pool curfew

Room looked nice but might’ve not been cleaned the correct way. When we got into our room, we thought it was nice and all clean. We weren’t’t there much because we had to get ready and leave for an event so we didn’t really “inspect” it. This morning while getting our things packed to leave, my boyfriend found a used CONDOM in the trash can by the tv. Now it makes us wonder if the room was ever cleaned properly.

A Rough Stay.. this time Sheets didn't appear to be changed, the remote was under the sheet, towels a few didn't look fresh, I had to sleep with big towels on sheets. It was a rough stay. Customer service, was nice.

Room for improvement The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on my back as tried to go to sleep. I've been mattress shopping before at it reminds me of the cheapest of the cheap on the showroom floor. The coffee cups were just plain styrofoam cups not wrapped with anything. How are we supposed to know if they are clean, un-tampered with cups? It reminded me of an episode of Undercover Boss I once saw and the boss wasn't happy.
