Fair The people above us we’re super loud all day and all night . I told front desk and she did let them know but then they got louder . It was awful . And people next to us were playing the music so loud . It’s in a good location , The lady was nice at the desk, room was clean .
Horrible for a famiy stay. the room was not clean, the floors were not clean, no soap in bathroom I usually carry my own but expected some. I don't do reviews but had to do this one. Bad experience. no breakfast due to COVID-19 except for coffee

Horrible The air-conditioning stop working in the room , they wanted to give us another room and it was dirty with hair in the floor and urine on the floor and the air conditioning wasn't working either. I proceeded to tell the manager & there was a language barrier. Please refund my money. For the price you pay for the room breakfast is horrible and the location is great

Fair Continental breakfast was subpar. Cup of fruit, piece of bread and coffee Staff were nice

very dissatisfied! not worth the stay how my check in went, then the room wasn't like I reserved it n the beds weren't fully made. the hotel itself

I will not be returning to this hotel The staff at the front desk both days were very rude and unprofessional. When I dropped off my room keys there was no one in sight. The man waiting behind me started looking for someone and started saying hello. The clerk came from behind the wall and had her jacket hanging off of her shoulders her hair was sticking up in all directions and she was walking and rubbing her face like she just woke up. Good value The walls and floors are very thin. You could hear the little kids running in the room above us and hear people talking. You could hear the traffic on the expressway inside the room. Other than that it was a very nice and very clean. Very clean and very good hot and cold breakfast. Bed was very comfortable
