Terrible. Loud elevator right next to room kept us up all night long. Our room was on the ground floor, right across from the elevator. We had an extremely poor experience as the elevator beeps and groans were very very loud and kept us up virtually all night. We normally stay at Hiltons or Marriotts and decided to roll the dice on La Quinta. As a result, we had a very bad experience, definitely the worst I've ever had at any hotel I've ever stayed at. It was a disappointment to the grandchildren that the pool was not open. They had planned to swim. It was advertised with a pool and breakfast but both were closed. I ended up stuck in the room with a 7 year old and 10 year old that thought they would get to swim but we had to stay in the room. The facility was nice and clean.

Won't happen again !! Single use lotion , shampoo, conditioner not in room. Lobby BR closed, Stripes can keep theirs open with 100 X the guests ! Grass so tall my, dog couldn't find a place to use the bathroom. Grounds un-mowed and sloppy. Single use ,individually glasses not in room. Yellow stains on pillow cases! ! Bag over smoke detector, which means we stayed in a smoking room when we paid for a non-smoking !!! Staff was friendly ! Staff was friendly !

We do keep limited items in the room but each of these items are still readily available at the front desk. The same applies to our breakfast, which is now limited to the breakfast bags.
