Bad This place was terrible all the amenities they claimed where not available nor did they have a ice machine. I got stuck in the elevator, so I was forced to use the stairs, while in preterm labor. I requested a bath tub because I'm 31 weeks pregnant and dr recommended me to soak to relax, i didn't get one. The place smelt of mold and made me feel sick. I had to keep getting my room card reset because it would stop working randomly. My remote to the tv spazed out and wouldn't change channels or function properly, ac in my ... read more

Poor The place was dirty .. they didn't not clean room good left trash .. trouble with key took for ever to open had to go back in forth to get new key that still didn't work.. would not recommend.. will not be going back The location was the only good thing has a Walmart a gas station and a couple of restaurants close by walking distance

I didn't like the environment at the hotel as it is now but after renovations will be a nice place. There was renovations going on and we weren"t told in advance about it. The hallway outside of our room had paint spills all up and down it. It smelled heavily of paint. No working ice machine. Breakfast consisted of eggs, waffels, coffee and juice. The room was okay.

Should’ve gotten a refund They didn’t tell us there was renovations going on. It was very messy. The 3rd floor window was covered with a board and no AC - no AC in the elevator either. The door to the room - lo- whoever cut that door cut it short by about an inch. I could see people walk by with the door closed. (Gap) . The lobby stunk. The breakfast looked awful. Poor There were a lot of renovations going on. The bathroom and fridge wasn't clean. We spotted a few roaches, random stains and mildew. Breakfast was okay. The location is near multiple restaurants, gas stations, and Walmart. Town East Mall a few minutes away.
