Poor La cama estaba muy usada,no funcionaba el elevador ,teníamos que usar las escaleras ,y quisimos usar una puerta lateral para entrar ,y no agarraba nuestra tarjeta ,tuvimos que dar la vuelta El desayuno no tenía sabor Y en el baño solo tiene un lavamanos, que queda muy pequeño para las mujeres si nos queremos arreglar y no hay una conexión cerca del lavamanos

I felt uncomfortable. First room assigned was dirty. I found hair and dirt debris on the bed. I also found a loose finger nail on the bed. Carpet smell very bad. I went and told the front desk I took proof of what I had found and Rebeka was very nice and polite she assigned me a clean room. I notice that the building is old. My stay was three nights and on the second night I woke up with my right hand purple/black and I notice that some kind of insect bite me during the night. overall, the breakfast is the only reason I was happy with the stay. But knowing I was staying for 4 nights, I shouldn’t when we first walked in the room, it looked very nice. but the tv wouldn’t turn on, because it wasn’t plugged in. every time you flushed the toilet it would come back up, the shower temperature was incredibly hard to work with and the shower head was clearly dirty. the first night we slept with the hotel pillows and I woke up with an actually knot in my neck, the pillows are awful but I luckily brought my ... read more
just ok So much plastic- it seems that everything they use at breakfast is just disposable- mountains of plastic cups, cutlery, styrofoam plates… just an eco disaster. The room looked clean, but one look under the beds revealed everything from pistachio shells to popcorn and wrappers. Pillows were down feather filled and not a great choice in case of allergies. oh and there were some stray feathers under the bed. shower was only partially working and tub drains really slowly. the location was good- easy access to the highway... read more
this place was dirty it was blood on our sheets, hair, and food on the bed the didn’t clean it at all easy to get the the hospital

Fair Got told 3 times of being "too loud" once at 7:45 pm. Sorry but I had a 3 yr old. Not too mention the neighbors with the barking dogs Rooms were spacious and clean
