Bad The employees were not welcoming, when I asked for a roll away bed as we were 2 adults and 3 children they reported they don’t have them. I asked for extra pillows and blankets to make a pallet for one of the children which they reported they only had 1 of each to give. Blanket was ripped. Pillows on the bed smelled like feces and when I asked for replacement they had none. (Not exaggerating as it smelled like poop). The bedding smelled like urine. Disappointing My bed was not comfortable my pillows were horrible not comfortable and I had a dead net on my pillow I had to flush the toilet twice I did not like the double door on the bathroom it was a long strain of hair on the side of tube

Will not return Room and halls smelled weird, furniture in living area was dirty/stained, bathtub looked dirty around the non-slip mat, someone's hair was rolled up in one of the "clean" bath towels. Police knocked on our door at 11:30pm asking if we heard gunshots! Chris at desk was very friendly and informative.
disappointed experience with the overnight front desk man!! the man that worked overnight he was very rude Location room was comfortable.
Bad It was suppose to be a no smoking hotel, it smells like smoke everywhere, you can hear everything from the outside into your rooms, i couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights that we were there. The staff was no help, they couldn’t do anything for us. Never again will I be staying in any la Quinta again. Absolutely nothing.
