Bad breakfast wasn’t worth it. shouldn’t say you offer breakfast could’ve gone somewhere else that had better breakfast and price was better
Surprisingly Disappointed in This Hotel My room was filthy - from the dried urine on the toilet to the blood on the wall to the layers of dust everywhere! The breakfast was terrible - very few choices. I expected better from a Wyndham hotel. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep immediately. The towels were some of the softest I'd ever used in a hotel.
I left after one night because the room was not what I had booked and been confirmed for. Booking.com confirmed a smoking room on the first floor but when I arrived I was informed this is a 100% smoke free hotel. I was very NOT HAPPY with Booking.com Good coffee. Good selection of food.

Una muy mala experiencia El cuarto estaba sucio nada funcionaba bien, se escuchaba todo los ruidos de los demás huéspedes . El baño del lobby está lleno de papeles . Fue una terrible experiencia . No regreso más a este hotel. Desayuno

Disappointing, completely regret booking this hotel. The staff was horrible. We were unable to sleep the entire night as the people in the room next door were watching television at an extremely loud volume. We alerted the manager at 4 am when it became unbearable. They were not helpful. Then in the morning we asked for help regarding breakfast and were told that no help could be provided. when asked to speak to the manger, we were told that the manager will call us the next day to address our concerns even though we were ch... read more

Disappointing, Grounds Beyond Filthy The outside property was disgusting. Dog feces EVERYWHERE. We pick up after our pets but some people do not. When they don't, this is the responsibility of the hotel staff. Don't advertise yourself as "Dog Friendly" if your grounds are a health hazard to our pets. The overall condition of the property has gone down in the last 2 years, sadly. We have stayed there on most of our trips to Dallas as Plano was convenient. other than the rude and disrespectful housekeeper it was great the house keeper was sooooo rude. she was looking at me and being so disrespectful when I asked for towels and she kept backing up as if I was doing something it was so weird everything has been great I LOVE HOW CLEAN IT IS
it was good but there was no control on room temps had to get extra cover air did not work in room close to work
