Bad Every thing They committed to me my request for that only I checked-in and reaching room I realized thats not the room I requested and then front desk KATY was very rude Not at all recommended I need my money back Nothing I found false statements Bad Attitudes Rude Staff

Mediocre at best I got none of the special requests that I asked for. The potatoes were dry, many bad spots on them and they were not hot.

ruined our vacation both elevators out of service, I had to carry luggage from the 4th floor down with children also had 3 rooms booked same floors, still waiting on the Manager to give me a call to refund us 1 night, horrible breakfast please stay somewhere else not worth the $$$$

Disappointing Beds,cleanliness Beds were too small, smelt like weed.
Disappointing My sheets were dirty and and the tub was dirty as well I had to put a towel in the bottom just to clean up and no manager has contacted me yet
Fair Terrible bed & pillow. The bed made very loud squeaks noise everytime I move and terrible pillow. The La Quinta is our favorite place to stay when we travel but we were very disappointed this time. Location of facility
