Stayed here twice Tv in bedroom didn't work Bathroom was not clean.. bedroom smelled like dog They should have pet free rooms..as they are pet friendly.. some people are allergic. Room design is wonderful

Not Accommodating when it comes to room complaints Air started giving a burning a burning smell which made smoke alarm to go off throughout the night. Mentioned issue with man that was working that night and he said he will have it taken care of. The alarm sounded again at 6/7am which was mentioned to lady that was on shift for morning. She stated that no previous report was made and she would send maintenance. Maintenance said that wasnt good as soon as he entered room. it was quiet but I had a bunch of bugs in my room. I had roaches in my room, unfortunately and it was quite a few very quiet
Disappointing The room would not get cool enough to be relaxing. Also, we had forgotten toothpaste and there was none to purchase or any for free which any hotel I have ever been to has a sample to give. That check out time was noon.
