Poor cleaning and breakfast The room was very very dirty. The bathroom was a mess. I was moved to another room

We'll probably choose different hotel in the future. Our room keys would not work. Had to go to the front desk twice to get them reprogramed. One still never work. Pillows were very uncomfortable. A/C quit working on second night and barely kept the room cool the first night. A dog barked from somewhere on the floor for hours. Not soft barking! Loud ridiculous barking like it needed to go out and no one was paying attention. We had to pay $8 for two bottles of water because the courtesy water container in the lobby was empty... read more

Ok, für die Tage, die ich dort war, aber ich würde mir bei allen Vorteilen, woanders schauen. In der ganzen Woche, die ich dort verbracht habe ist kein einziges mal das Zimmer gereinigt worden. Aus der Dusche läufte das Wasser auf dem Boden und bildet Pfützen. Bett ist nie gemachtr worden. Sehr einfaches Frühstück, sehr langweilig nach 5-6 Tagen.....Das Essen hat zuviele Kohlehydrate. Personal sehr angenehm und freundlich, hilfsbereich.
Racismo El señor que recibió al llegar era alguien gringo nativo, dijo q no había reserva a mi no nombre y le mostré la confirmación dijo q o existía mi número ni mi código de reserva, entonces mi novio pago con su tarjeta pero la reserva salió a mi nombre, como es q no tenía mis datos y no exista nada de la reserva y la factura salió a mi nombre y no a la de mi novio, el no dio datos solo le dimos los q nos pidió cuando dijo q no había nada a mi nombre, eso fue un jueves el domingo llegamos de nuevo pero estaba vez no había... read more
