the stay was mostly good, management needs to learn how to solve problems not make them Staff were pretty useless when it came to solving problems, their only answer was "i'm not the manager talk to her she's the manager" so we would go to the next person and they would say the same thing about not being the manager and say the other was the manager. the maid staff threw out an expensive retainer from our bathroom and staff just ran us around in circles when compensation for the lack of care was needed. OTHER VISITORS SLAMMED DOORS ALL NIGHT. PILLOWS WERE HARD
Fair Needs a deep cleaning. Spots that one wouldn’t think need cleaning like the ceiling above the shower head. Baseboards in the bathroom. Hairs on the toilet and in the shower when we first got in. Price. Room size. Non smoking. Ac worked well
Beds horrible which allows no restful sleep. We have stayed 3 times at this location, due to the fact we travel w/a pet and the location is close to family we visit. The first and second time we had the exact same room. The pillows and mattress were horrible. This last visit we were in a completely different room, but the results were the same. Poor La cama estaba muy usada,no funcionaba el elevador ,teníamos que usar las escaleras ,y quisimos usar una puerta lateral para entrar ,y no agarraba nuestra tarjeta ,tuvimos que dar la vuelta El desayuno no tenía sabor Y en el baño solo tiene un lavamanos, que queda muy pequeño para las mujeres si nos queremos arreglar y no hay una conexión cerca del lavamanos

I felt uncomfortable. First room assigned was dirty. I found hair and dirt debris on the bed. I also found a loose finger nail on the bed. Carpet smell very bad. I went and told the front desk I took proof of what I had found and Rebeka was very nice and polite she assigned me a clean room. I notice that the building is old. My stay was three nights and on the second night I woke up with my right hand purple/black and I notice that some kind of insect bite me during the night.
