Good motel , with a couple updates would be great. dish network tv was messed up and couldn't get any sports on Friday nite . Direct tv would be much better and easier to operate. Won't stay again u nless they get rid of dish network. Good location to airport. Elevator could be better. It was noisy and slow, sometimes stopping. Probably use some maintenance . Breakfast was real good but I think the eggs were egg beaters, not crazy about them.

Be aware of parking charge for your car Maybe I did not read all the details but they charge $10 per day per car… which is kind of surprising considering their location… it’s not a center of the city with limited space. It’s in the middle of almost nowhere. The place is clean and rather modern. There is a pool - good for kids - and the whirlpool ( for me it should be hotter ). Great location: 10 minutes from car rentals
Terrible mattress first night, changed rooms and couldn’t get hot water for about 30 mins. The mattress was absolutely horrible, I asked to change rooms for the second night and the mattress was much better. I feel ripped off paying for the first night. Got horrible sleep and made my body sore. Shame on them for even giving a room with an old hard mattress. The breakfast was just ok, not as many choices as most other hotels in this range.
Disappointing Our key cards never worked we constantly had to go down to the front desk and get them re activated they said that was normal however our friends didn’t have to go down once. It was my baby sister, my son and myself in a double queen bed that we had booked until the 9th and at one point some guy tried getting into our room. Staff was very rude Good Nice
Unreliable Shuttle Shuttles to and from the airport did not run as promised 24/7 every 30 minutes. It was very stressful. I needed the shuttle to pick me up at DEN. It was cold and rainy. I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle after calling immediately when I needed it and then calling again 30 minutes later to make sure they were coming. Not good. Fair My booking receipt said breakfast included but at check in they said it did not and we had to pay $40 (with tax/tip) for a subpar buffet breakfast for 2 with very limited selection of healthy foods. We booked a mountain view room for extra cost and were expecting a high level floor with a view. Instead we got a 3rd floor room next to the staff storage room with barely a view over the housetops next door. The rug was still very wet from carpet cleaning prior to check in. Would not stay here again. Rude staff members, shower dirty, not enough towels, no soap, half the lights didn’t work in The male staff member working on the night of 10/7 was extremely rude upon check in, gave me attitude for no reason and had multiple issues with the key cards not working. EXTREMELY inconvenient, especially with a crying baby. Location proximity to airport
