Dirty, unkept, loud, lack of pride from ownership Despite the numerous signs warning people not to smoke the hotel reaked of smoke in all common areas and in my room. Facilities were dirty including the walls, carpets, and paint. My room is unlocked and open when I visited for the first time and on several occassions either my key did not work or the lock was inoperable requiring me to visit the desk. Friendly staff who did their best to make up for the myriad of short comings that the hotel had to offer.

Old and worn. Old and broken down. Everything looked worn out. Our door to the room had to be shoved open. It’s old and needs repairs. Paint! Staff was great. Convenient
Id never book another stay here The free airport shuttle never came and we waited 45m before finding another way there. We then waited 30m or so at 1am to get checked in due to there being a computer system error doublebooking rooms. The beds are firm, the pillows flat and loud, the room bright despite the curtains. Convenient location by the airport. Would have been great if the shuttle actually was going. The breakfast was decent, you just have to get it before 8am.
Solo para alojarse una noche no más La falta de limpieza aun y cuando estuvimos hospedados 5 días y 6 noches nunca hicieron limpieza o cambiaron toallas, a pesar de lo que pedimos con la gerente de camarera y en recepción No suministraron papel, jabón y básicos de la habitación El mentado desayuno lo abren de 5 a 8 de la mañana La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto
Very Poor
Not happy Keys kept having to be redone to get into room. Our door was broken handle would only move one way. Toilet was loose/water on the floor. No towels by pool. Hot tub was broken. The location to airport
Poor I asked for housekeeping yesterday and never got it even though the housekeeping employees were right next to my room . Location was good
