Fair I had to get my room keys reset "every" time I left the room , safety was on edge!!! TV too small and the iron destroyed my clothing!!! Everything was good, except the locks on the room doors need to be more secure and my keys had to be changed or reset "every" time I left my room, very annoying and scary, I'm still waiting on my $30 refund, I have not received!!!!

Not for us Parking fees are so high ridiculous 120 for a 8 hour stay Rooms and breakfast
Bad Tv update every 15 minutes My t v is still messing up it keeps update every minutes I paid 111.58 for one night and it was not worth it at all bathroom sink doesn't drane water just fill up no way to pick up a handle to let the water out. The lady that work last night came too my room 3 times to fix my t v still didn't work. The lady today is so rude
Wouldn’t accept my debit card upon checkin - could not stay. Refused to check me in - wouldn’t accept my debit card. I made this reservation weeks ago. They have a sign at the front desk but not on the website or on booking.com.
Very dated hotel the only benefit is it’s close to DIA Rooms are dated, the bed was NOT a queen and barely fit the two of us, walls were paper thin, you literally could hear the next room unpacking their suitcases, several facility doors were broken, the elevators acted like they were going to break every time we were in/on them, the carpets were disgusting. The location is close to the airport which is great
Dirty and terrible bed Our room immediately smelt like mildew the second I opened the door, but I was so tired and had a super early flight the next day that I suffered through it. The hot water was NOT “hot”, and don’t get me started on the bed! You can see exactly where people have slept on it for so long over a period of time, the middle of the bed was raised way higher than the two sides where people tend to sleep. You felt EVERY spring.
