Nice property but worst management. Not so satisfied by their service. People are at the front desk are rude and not willing to address my issues with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom in the allocated room has no lock and basic needs.

Disappointed The pool was down but I was not notified. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. After several communications I was never notified that the pool was under maintenance.
disappointing The smoke detector went off in the middle of night. Half asleep, it took me a little while to figure out what was beeping. The staff moved me to another room but I couldn't get a good night sleep before an international flight. I would like a redund.
Shower did not work.
