Terrible Paid for king suite or something along those lines for privacy from kids. The main door didn't lock at all You could push it right open Told staff about it. They made me switch rooms to a smaller room and promised me a 25 dollar credit for my "inconvenience" which I NEVER received. Did not feel safe staying here. Felt like anyone could come into my room and something bad could happen. Breakfast was mad house. Disappointing The room was dirty and the pull out bed was pretty disgusting. Definitely needs a good cleaning and new mattresses for the pull out beds. The staff was very friendly.

Very Poor The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, but the hotel did not send me a message informing me of that before I arrived. Instead, I was only notified when I was checking in and was told that if I was not happy, I could find another hotel. I had just paid for a taxi to the hotel and was with my cases, so it was not convenient to go looking for another hotel. The hotel should have sent me a message before I arrived. Poor Pool out of order, fitness center out of order and A/C was not cooling Location and staff
Its close to the airport, but the property is in serious maintenance decline. The pool didn't work and was out of order which was one of the primary reasons I booked this hotel, I wanted to relax in the pool after work. I was really disappointed by this. The shower in my room never had hot water it was warm at best. It was not enjoyable to get ready for work each morning with the shower being cold each day, its like it could never produce enough hot water for all guests or they just had the temperature dialed way back, it wa... read more

Very disappointing hotel and definitely not with the money Peeling wallpaper in the halls, room door didn’t shut properly leaving a gap, wood frames on doors worn away, laminate in bathroom falling off, dirty windows, ice machine not working, unfriendly and unhelpful front desk Convenient to the airport
