Bad Nice new facilities The entire experience was confusing, exasperating and entirely hostile
Bad Took my room, was 2 double bed special. The Front desk swapped out to a King bed. Right next to elevator shaft. Noiseist room ever. I was to exhausted to change rooms. Then, awoken by my air conditioner compressor, either below me or above me, clanking and banging, going on and off. Every 5 secs. I had to get up by 3am. Not at all a restful night. Woke up tired, and exhausted. BOOKING needs to tell them don't rent out that room, until what ever it is get it fixed. Clean inside and out.
I would not recommend it to others Sadly, tv remote did not work : then the tv went out for hours. Internet was slow. Bathroom shower had Luke warm water at best. coffee was warm as well: never hot elevators out NIce staff, close to the airport and other things.
I would look for different hotels Keys to the room failed most of the time and it would not work on the outside doors ti get in Breakfast was good location good too
Glad it was for one night only The pillows were awful and the so was the bed. The pillows seemed to be old and the stuffing inside was either lumpy or barely there. The shower floor was extremely slippery. We had to put washcloths on the floor of the shower so we would not slip. The proximity to the airport was great.
Fair The elevator near the lobby didn’t work and I had to carry my luggage down a long hallway to get to the working elevator. There was no hair conditioner. The TV didn’t work properly. Every few minutes it did a channel update and interrupted the program. In the morning, the screen was just black and you couldn’t watch anything. Horrible It was not what I expected, it was dark, had 1 working elevator. Loud noise at nights in the hallway until 1-3am. Several times someone tried to use keys in my door. Finally the night before I checked out someone was given I key to my room and they succeeded luckily I had the latch across the door. When I tried calling the front desk using the phone in the room I was unsuccessful I had to use my cellphone. Unbelievable smh Nothing
Not great! Main elevator broken, causing gross inconvenience to mobility impaired. Bathtub/shower had filthy ring. Breakfast closed at 8:00.Not great Chosen due to proximity to car rental and airport.
Bad value for money, less than motel 6 experience not luxury as advertised. Dirty furniture, ,slow hot water, no sheets blanket for pull out bed, one remotefor 2 tvs, no heat or air that worked, no information for services when checked in, had to pay for parking, customer service rep Dria was not friendly or helpful,
