Bad Was confirmed my stay i arrived at 1am this Friday and showed them my conformation and everything and they said they couldn’t do anything but charge me again for a other room they had available and when i asked them again few minutes later and they told me they didn’t and a guy walked in and they gave him a room when they had just told me NO! Disappointing Toilet clogged up when we first arrived. Called at 9:30pm and told we were out of luck and would just have to deal with it. Called again in the morning and someone came to fix but a non working toilet all night wasn’t acceptable Cleanliness of room. Lady that checked us in was great !

Need better management and staff The staff was very rude and disrespectful complained about having a dog there while we were gone because he was barking while we were gone when we paid for him to be there to begin with. Also didn't like the fact that I couldn't get back in the building with the key cards right away because of an issue with the key reader at the back door. Poor Our car window was broken out and another guest had their vehicle stolen. We had to cancel our trip as there was no way to secure our car. Staff was great and helpful, but hotel does not have cameras outside. Hotel was very nice, staff was great.
