Uiterst gehorig - niet aan te bevelen in drie weken reizend door Zuid Westen nog nooit in een zo’n gehorig hotel geslapen - terwijl het juist de functie van een airport motel is dat je nog een paar uur voor je vlucht kon slapen. We konden de gesprekken in de kamer naast ons letterlijk volgen, net als de TV en als iemand naast je of boven ons naar toilet ging of ging douchen kon je meegenieten - geen oog dichtgedaan de nacht voor onze vlucht Gezellige tuin
Disappointing We waited over 45 minutes for shuttle to hotel-ended up paying the Courtyard Marriot driver to drop us off. Also, driver to airport the next day was late and very surly. The hair dryer didn’t work & had to turn off as it was very hot & I got a shock when removing it from the socket. The breakfast was lacking in variety and the food was cold. I would have appreciate healthier choices like fruit, real eggs used in scrambled eggs.
Stay elsewhere if you value sleep The room was not ready when I was placed in it at 7:00 PM, 1 bed unmade completely. Called front desk, said they would send someone up. Upon arrival they apologized and said it would be taken care of. Came back 2 hrs later after dinner, still not made. Front desk called room at midnight. Then proceeded to key into room at 1 AM, and gave me attitude when I asked what was going on. not staying here again they promised to give us a shuttle to the airport when we were booking. we called two days ahead of our check in time to reserve the shuttle but they said they will take care of it at check in time - when we checked in they said sorry they can't accommodate us since they were full. we ended up spending 65 dollars to call an uber to the airport at 4:30 in the morning! the bathroom shower faucet was leaking - when we called the front desk they said they will send someone - despite repeated reminders noon... read more
Very Poor Terrible smell in the hotel, it took 3 trips back to the front desk to get the door keys to work, and the bathtub faucet leaked very hot water.
overpriced for very vanilla accommodations. Hotel charges what the market will bare because it can. staff person at the counter on early morning of Monday, August 22 was indifferent. Shuttle was running a few minutes behind (10-15 minutes) and that can make a major difference at DEN airport. I made it to my gate 5 minutes before boarding started. Had the shuttle departed the hotel on time, I would have had a 15-20 minute grace period. location to airport
Stay away from La Quinta Shuttle never came to the airport. Waited for an hour. Staff told me that the driver blamed traffic. At 1AM. Other shuttles from the same location came and went several times. The door lock didn’t work. Front desk agent came over and took 5 min to persuade the door to open. So called breakfast was probably worst I’ve ever had in a cheap hotel
