Poor The hotel wasn’t up to par. Elevator wasn’t working.
Bad The staff were rude or non-existent, nothing worked, from the room key to the remote to the side doors to the pool. We sat in the hallway for way too long waiting for them to find a room where the room key would work, and we were too afraid to leave without a person left behind all night, because we didn't want to come back and not be able to get back in. Wont be staying again The hot water DID NOT WORK. all my buddies and I had to take freezing cold showers. Horrible. Let it run for a long time didn’t even chanfe Breakfast was very mid. Nothing very good
Worst stay in denver.. No heat in the room, Heater was broken. Had to sleep with clothes on. Its January in the mountains, kinda need a heater.. bathroom door was broken. Couldn't close it without slamming the 2 doors together then watch them pop open a few seconds later. Looked like dried blood on the bathroom floor too. 10 dollar parking is ridiculous too. Parked on the street 5 feet from the parking stall for free instead. Nothing.
fair stay, no breakfast the card key didnt work multiple times and I had to go down to get it recharged leaving my belongings upstairs by room - not safe, felt useless of key would be better near airport and convenient
Enforce your non smoking policies It clearly stated that it was a non smoking facility that also included that marijuana was not allowed to be smoked in the facility. We were on the second floor and someone was clearly smoking marijuana on that floor. The smell was so strong I had to shove towels in the cracks of our door to try and keep the smell from coming into our room as we did not want to be charged for it as it was clearly noted it wasn’t allowed.
