Poor Smelled like raw sewage and staff knew full well and placed me in that room regardless.
Very Poor Switched rooms because tv didnt work which was ok... Until we were woken up in the middle of the night twice... People had entered our room, the front desk had given keys to our room. The next day the Hispanic lady behind the desk bluntly said sorry system error not our fault, if you have a problem make a phone call to the manager. Rude!!!! Clean
Disappointing
we were up all night, had to change rooms, manager on duty wouldn't talk to us. wasn't given a full someone tried to break into our room twice, our door didn't lock properly. clean room

Poor Traffic noise all night heater was like a jet engine 4th floor ice machine was the only one working someone's old underware was in a towel slot breakfast was awful lame coffee small muffin or cold cereal small yogurt stayed at rosavelt lodge a few weeks ago had one heck of a breakfast for free i know most will get blamed on covid but i don't buy that Halls were clean room was okay
Bad there was no hot water, the walls are very thin you can hear conversations from the next room. Told the staff at check out about the water situation and she chuckled saying there’s a lot of people checking out @430am and leaving that used the water. There were only 4 people sitting at the lobby waiting for shuttle. This must be a known problem for her to cast blame and not apologize. Subpar Sheets were not clean..and someone had been smoking not only in the room before us but also in the hotel..eventhough it claimed to be smoke free.
Pleasant Worst breakfast in all of history hot pockets nobody ever feels good after eating a hot pocket. It was a beautiful.
