Disappointing The breakfast that was provided was not good. There were no diabetic options. The bathroom doors didn't shut very well. The room door didn't lock appropriately. The front desk staff were not at all friendly when I checked in and out or understanding when we had a problem. Two queen size beds instead of two double beds would have been more comfortable. The room needs more trash cans. The room was spacious. The airport shuttle ran on time and the man who drove was very helpful.
can’t trust their website!!! website said airport shuttle will start at 0130 due to covid but staff said that it didn’t start until 0430 per the manager! The 0130 shuttle was the main reason we used the motel!! Never again !!
Shuttle service not accurate. We were suppose to get shuttle service to the hotel from airport. Received email saying shuttle runs until 1:30 a.m. and we were left stranded at airport. Called hotel and they said shuttle ended at 1130 p.m. we had to get on rent a car shuttle stand in line at 1 a.m. waiting for a car. Poopy yard This is a pet friendly hotel and I’ve never seen so much poop in my life!! Every inch of grass everywhere on the property was covered in poop! We travel a fair amount and usually take our Yorkie. We’ve always stayed in places with well kept grounds even though pet friendly. This was disgusting! Nice, fairly new.

mediocre minus Room relatively clean but coffee machine filthy.......also the keys/cards I was given did not open (green light) when put into door. There were no staff around to assist and no phone on floor to call. I needed to return down the corridor and elevator with all luggage to get the keys recharged........and I have difficulty walking even without luggage....when I mentioned this to staff at front desk and maintenance people they just looked at me like I fell from Mars..........very inefficient set up in case of eme... read more
Disappointing I had come to LaQinta because if the kocation and the shuttle you provide. I had recently had a major surgery and needed extra help. I could not manage my suitcase, when I asked the name at the front desk for help he refused. I waited with my suitcase for 1 1/2 hrs before another guest helped me to my room. The device was pitiful and others noticed.
got charged twice for one stay no one said anything about it
