BAD Everything The staff was uninformed and rude. The front desk staff could not answer any questions and had no information to give. I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED. There were multiple additional fees and then I was overcharged an recompensated a specific amount but the staff couldn't explain why or how. The whole experience was very unprofessional and very misleading. Additionally, the room smelled disgusting like rancid body odor and was covered in hairs of different color and texture. Low quality, overpriced. I was very disappointed as the facilities were not functioning as promised. Definitely were not prepared for graduation week with big crowd. - the pool was closed - the door to access our area of the hotel didn’t function and we had to go around the entire facility to get to our room - the gym had no water or cups - hair dryer was not functioning - breakfast quality was really bad. На твердую тройку. Всегда плохо убранные номера. Бельё на постели выглядит не свежим. Берут дополнительную плату в размере 75 долларов, за что ? Легкое бронирование. Всегда есть номера. Стоимость номера ниже чем в других отелях.

Dirty room on checked in. The assigned room was dirty when checked in. Was promised to have the room but never happened after 4 nights stay. This was despite after talking to the front desk and the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady refused to clean on the 3rd day but offered only to swap out towels and replenished toiletries.

Pay the extra for a different hotel. Exterior and lobby are BEAUTIFUL! Don't be deceived the rooms are not clean and need attention (see photos) Bathroom counter all stained and door was a damaged, night stand damaged. Also... 1. First room we checked in was NASTY! Floors hadn't been cleaned. A used tobacco pouch was in the floor in the corner of the room. 2. Breakfast 6-9....we went down at 6:50 and the hot breakfast was all picked over....there was no sausage left and only a spoonful of potatoes. When I ask an employee I w... read more

Scamming People DO NOT STAY HERE! They will scam you for $225 for a smoking fee when you don't even smoke!! I stayed here for 4 nights to prepare for my mama's funeral, and with that said, me and my kiddos were gone by 10:30am and were ONLY at the hotel at night. With that said, the day prior to leaving, I woke up to a fraud text, so I approached them about it on my way out. They proceeded to tell me that I was smoking in my room at 10:50am. As previously mentioned to you and your husband, the smoke detector automatically charges for each event involving cigarette smoke, marijuana, or vaping that it detects. Your registration clearly states that our property is smoke-free, and you signed an agreement acknowledging the $400 charge should evidence of smoking be found or if the detector registers any activity. If you wish to dispute this charge, we encourage you to do so with your bank.
