Disappointing There was no Kleenex in room, and no backup roll of toilet paper, and only one bar of soap in the bathroom. The Front Desk clerk gave me one of each. My wife asked me to go back to get another roll of toilet paper. The Front Desk refused my request, because there wouldn't be enough for everybody, if they gave us that extra toll. Also, one morning there was a lack of breakfast items (eggs,etc.). The next morning, there were no cups of any kind (coffee or juice cups)in the breakfast area. Our room did not have wa... read more

This facility was dirty, poorly staffed. Missing bathroom knob Breakfast was messy and coffee was weak missing cups Shower knob came off There was a toilet plunger next to the toilet on top of a plastic bag. We had to use it three times There was hair on the wall of the shower. The evening receptionist was upset that we rang the bell twice to get her attention and said she heard us the first time after more than a couple of minutes between rings. Bummer. They had no rooms left. They cancelled my reservation before I got there even though they had my CC #. They overbooked . They called the Hampton Inn next door and I got a room for $161 instead of $90. I have a call into the La Quinta manager to try to get the $71 difference paid to me. If Bookings can help I would appreciate it. Nothing

I tried this out cause I thought it would be a better value because I paid more money and it was the The front desk customer service when I check in the swimming pool is full of algae some of the property needs to be attended to with maintenance on one of the doors that didn't want to open and also the grounds need to be picked up and why don't they get more workout equipment and what in the hell is going on with the breakfast it's either hit or miss on the daily basis And the housekeeping didn't change out my towels or my s... read more

Very poorly Maintained property though a nice front desk staff that tries their best to accommodate the guests We had a malfunctioning TV and a toilet seat in need of repair. I noted in on day 1, and it was verified to be corrected by maintenance on day 2. However when we returned to our room on day 2, nothing had been done!!! We had to switch our room. And the second room had mysterious stains on the back of the door which were gross.
