Please have your pool maintained and toilet did not flush and we had to move to another room The hot breakfast The pool was green and could not enjoy the amenities after traveling a few days. We were looking forward to swimming. It was green.

It was lousy. They charge for pets every night but only clean the room every three days. No new towels or amenities. We had to evacuate from our home due to wildfire. When we were able to go home we had only been there one night which was fully paid. We told them as soon as we knew we could go home but they would not give us any refund. They lied and said they wouldn’t have time to clean the room for a new guest. VERY unpleasant experience stay. The whole complex had only two entry doors with elevators to 2nd floor - the main entrance and back. The key card to the back door did not open it. I had to walk 43 rooms from the main entrance to get to our room (#243) - 3 times. No plastic or coffee cups in the room and only 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee pack. Rude, Dirty, and Unsafe. Very rude front desk staff! There was hair everywhere, in our beds, doors knobs to bathroom and all over the tub floor. Didn't feel safe at all because all the outside doors that are supposed to be locked with room key entry, always had rocks in them to keep them open, including the fire escape door in the back stairway. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, so that was disgusting.

Disappointing
Bad The night staff were not very friendly when we asked questions. The elevator was very dirty with stuff spilled on the floor every day. Staff were not friendly when we asked for queen size beds instead of double and wouldn't have answers for a cot. Breakfast was okay

Terrible The room was very dirty. The commode had not been cleaned. There were stains inside the bowl and urine at the bottom of the toilet. There were pubic hairs also on the toilet. We complained to the front desk that the room was dirty, and they offered us another room, which was also dirty. The carpet was stained. The pool was also dirty. We were tired from travel and decided to just go to bed. When pulling down the comforter, we noticed there were no sheets. We had to leave the room to go ask the front desk for sheets.... read more
