No hot water in the room had to more late at night was was not compensated No hot water room was not clean and it was noisy
It was adequate. There was no water in the exercise room. For a 2 night stay, there were no house keeping services provided. The breakfast was sparse and limited.
Not up to my standard for the amount of money I paid. Bathroom was dirty. AC did not work Location
Over all it was ok. It looked like there was blood on the curtains and trouble with getting one of the lamps to work, had to find an outlet that worked. My pastor opened the door to the microwave and the glass plate fell out onto her foot and shattered. She was limping in pain. The lady at the desk apologized and said the general manager was going to call, they never did. I will have to think twice about going back there next year to stay for our district meetings. The location.
Bad Staff was very rude. Didn't want to give more towels for our 3 day stay. Nothing. We really liked forward to going to the jacuzzi as displayed on website and when we arrived it was closed.
Unclean room Room was dirty, smelled like dog urine and had dog and human hair throughout. Few towels were given, few choices at breakfast. Left after first night and would have left sooner if I didn’t check in so late and wasn’t so exhausted Location was decent

Very disappointed, will not stay there again and will not recommend your hotel to anyone.. Housekeeping service was nil. Supposedly put in a quiet area on the 3rd floor and next door #302 was up till 4:00 am partying and noisy & smoking pot all evening where I could not get any sleep. Also a strange man came knocking on my door at 12:00am and again at 9:00am who did not speak English. Was he lost? Breakfast was exceptionally healthy and good. Location was good and so was the staff

Overall, not up to my expectations for a LaQuinta. I've stayed in many in many different cities. More detail needs to be paid to cleanliness. Example: the landline phone looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. There was some kind of sticky substance (!!!) on the office chair which I couldn't get off after using cleaning wipes so the staff changed chairs from another room. Also, this is pretty gross, but the toilet hadn't been scrubbed so there was fecal material on the seat. The microwave had crumbs in it and the fridge... read more
