BROKEN HOT TUB, PTSD FROM FIRE ALARM IN THE AM, DIFFICULTIES CHECKING IN, NOT SO FRIENDLY STAFF! I didnt like that there was a door leading to the outside near the elevator with broken tempered glass still inside of it and little pieces all over the floor it seemed liked a hazard with only caution tape on it when it clearly should have been out of order!! As well as the staff was kinda rude due to insufficient funds on my husbands cards for a deposit and wouldnt accept cash or my mother's payment until she had to fill out a ... read more
