JUst O.K. came home Very exhausted Our room was very dirty, and the noise from the highway was unbearable. The first day there I had to kill roaches in the bathroom and when I reported it they did not apologize or send anyone up. The sheets were never changed and we were there for 5 nights. The second day I looked in the closet and the ironing board was not rehung from previous customer and there were dirty towels from the pool and trach on the shelf. I paid way too much money to not have any toilet paper provided in my room upon arrival. There was NO toilet paper provided in my room when I checked in The location

Nice hotel but rude staff The front desk staff was horribly rude and one in particular had a major attitude. The housekeeper refused to clean our room because we have dogs, even though they were in their kennels. This is a pet friendly hotel and their policy is that dogs must be in kennels for the housekeeper staff to come in, which we abided by. The hotel was in a nice location but lacked attention to details and had a dirty room. The hotel room was dirty. The duvet had make up on them, the floor in the bathroom was so dirty it looked like someone dumped sand from their shoes out and it was never swept, there was a booger on the wall, and the fan in the restroom didn't work. The check in and check out process was quick.

Good Swim pool and hot tub closed, not working

Disappointing
Cheated I didnt have hot water and the TV didnt work right and I asked for a shower chair. I was basically told tough. Even at cheap hotels they always have a shower chair. The hot water was a big deal. I felt completely cheated. Location was good and it was nice size for my wheelchair
Really disappointed I set up my room online and was super tired when I showed up. We I got to the room I was very disappointed my room was a handicap room that smelled like cigarette smoke I think from being so close to the door leading outside. The people next door were so loud going in and out of their room at all hours of the night. I was so disappointed with my stay. I was looking forward to taking a hot bath and going to sleep and neither of those things could happen
