Everyone is entitled to have a bad day on the job, hopefully they have a better day tomorrow. Evening clerk was rude, told me I had to come get my own toilet paper, even though there was none in the room when we arrived, or wait until the cleaning staff got in ... in the morning! Room had hair in the tub and on the floor, microwave had good splattered in it, poor cleaning job. Morning manager listened to my concerns and made it right with a discount.

No privacy, no way. The rooms have a door between them with a large gap. You can hear every single noise and word said between rooms. Complete lack of privacy or comfort due to this horrible design. I would never stay here again. Good location, decent breakfast. Thankful they gave me a refund for the day early we checked out.

The dirtiest hotel ever. The first thing I did not like was when I arrived at the hotel ans found not only was my toilet dirty but the shower was dirty as well and was covered in hair I called the front desk they sent a housekeeper she came up and only wiped the spots where the hair was when the whole shower needed to be cleaned the second thing is in the area near the bed there was a glob of something on the wall looks like someone hocked a loogie on it there was also spilled coffee on the wall that nobody ever decided to c... read more
Gross weed smell The room wasn't super clean and the hallways reeked so strongly of marijuana that it seeped into my luggage. I liked the front desk agent who checked us in.

Unfortunately we had an equipment failure that caused an outage for several days while we waited for replacement equipment. Although a rare occurrence, I am sorry that it happened while you were our guest.

Would stay elsewhere in this area Someone removed the little tray that you need to make coffee with the Pod, so I had to make my coffee like tea. Just dropped the coffee pod in the cup. The air conditioning was horrible, because the fan kept going on and off all night long. When the fan was off, you could hear all the traffic on the interstate. Won’t stay here again Staff not friendly or helpful. Bed was AWFUL. Alarm clock can’t be move —had to cover due to bright light. Noisy. Asked for a quiet room. She confirmed it was. After the long walk, it was next to freeway. Long walk back to front desk when other gal told me I needed to ask for quiet room. I told her I did and then the other gal lied and said I didn’t.
