Geen wifi, zwembad gesloten Geen wifi en zwembad niet open. Dat weet je de dag ervoor ook toen we boekten. Maar dat staat natuurlijk niet op de webstek vermeld. Teleurstellend.

Poor When we arrived the room was dirty .we even arrived after check in time. The location was nice.

Good at first glance. Everything from paint chipping off in the bathtub to the TV is not working correctly to the air conditioners turning off in the middle of the night. They're not being any utensils or breakfast out to eat. Elevator jerks and jumps. The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. And it seemed the longer we stayed the less warm up a welcome we would get. And whenever I tried to talk to the manager about it she basically wanted to call me a liar. Bad The customer service person was horrible to us. Kicked us out in the cold. My wallet had been stolen and she knew me by my name. Refused to wait for my nephew to come and check us in. Said that she was canceling our reservation.

Dirty, loud, unhygienic The room smelled of urine, the duvets were nasty, the walls are very thing. Was kept up by loud guests and barking dogs both nights.
