Disappointing
It was less than what I expected, and generally. I choose to stay at LaQuinta. I will have to rethi The room smelled musty/moldy. Dog barking loudly, music/noise party going on after 10. The location
Absolutely Disappointing Once again absolutely disappointed!!! The staffs were rude and very unattractive. The breakfast advertised was crap. It’s always finished before you make it downstairs. The tv was small and not functioning well and remote control was worse. I complained and nothing was done. The bathroom was also falling apart,same thing with the rooms. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, our towels and toiletries were not changed as well. It wasn’t worth it NOTHING
The GM needs to be reprimanded and retrained or just replaced. Everything see above comments Basically the GM is making his own rules and not going with normal policies Nothing horrible GM had a broken clogged toilet for over 8hrs. If u don't reserve your next day before 8am they give u hassles And threaten to not renew the room
Bad
will not return room was dirty found used condom and when I went to the front the staff said she had just had the same issue with another guest! She upgraded me to a suite but the shower was dirty also they only had one small towel in the bathroom and when I asked for some more the staff told me that they were out of towels
Bad there was VOmit on the backside of the bed and curtains, from the previous customer, We notified front Dest staff and had to move beds, very tiring
CANCELLATION FEE NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED! AMBER WELLS, COLORADO It was NOT clean, AT ALL. And the T.V s were so small I couldn't read the guide. And the bathrooms were too small to. Oh and I was charged a cancellation fee cause I reserved the la quinta a few blocks away but I wanted a pool so I changed locations and was charged 101.00 dollars.....and no one can do anything? I love the indoor pool and the smart tv's aling with the size of the rooms. And that there is breakfast.
Great room, poor breakfast. The fact that breakfast had absolutely nothing nutritious. No eggs, no bread, not even cereal. All there was were sweets. You could definitely do better at providing at least frozen sandwiches like at other La Quinta hotels. Thank you The room, the view, and costumer service.
