Bad Our booking couldn't be found after spending 30 mins waiting with a front desk employee who didn't have any idea what he was doing , luckily we were still able to get a room ,did I mention it was 130 am ,we were ready to go to bed ! We walked in the room ,there was a roach on the furniture , this place was terrible !!! Location is only good thing I can say ,but there are a dozen places nearby that I will go to nxt time

We do not have any men working our front desk, so I am not sure where that information came from. Poor The counter person McKenzie was rude not informative enough, chase me and told me at loud that I needed to pay for my drink but she was not at the counter I was embarrassed. Yet the next day all the girls where great thr lady the set up the breakfast was fabulous, I think you should consider replacing McKenzie. The hallway had a really bad smell.. Tha breakfast was very nice.

Thank you for the review, I am aware that Makinzie had to say out loud "are you going to pay for your drink", but she was right there working and you did not stop to pay for your drink and did not even come back to the desk after she asked, maybe there was some confusion on her part. Nice hotel, watch for the local dirtbags who steal from cars in the parking lot. Parking lot security/cameras/ lights. My truck was broken into on Saturday night within view of the hotel front doors. Made for a pretty expensive stay overall. Lots of good things about this hotel! Clean, new, etc. Nice staff, good shuttle service, close to restaurants etc.

Did you let the front desk know. We would file a police report and review the camera footage. Please call the hotel and speak with April, let her know the police report number and she will call and make sure they get any footage we have.

Although the room was comfortable, there was a barking dog across the hall..Very disturbing! An informed staff! We were told by male front desk agent and a hotel maid that breakfast would be served until 10 AM. It ended at 9.. We weren't happy not getting a normal breakfast!

The room given to us got a leaking ceiling and was not in a clean condition. When we asked for a different room, they ga The room we reserved did not meet my expectations. Convenient location.

Very Poor First we waited for more than an hour for the shuttle on the airport. When we flushed the toilet in our room, the water was all over the bathroom floor and they couldn't fix it in 3 days. The staff was amazing!

Convenient for Bedford and great pet friendly place We were near ice maker and elevator and it is very noisy! Few guests wore masks and it was not enforced. We chose to eat in our room and be safe. Very noisy from people and kids, ice maker and elevator near room. Breakfast ok for COVID, no pet fee, location was good
