Too loud, no sleep, and management did nothing. 4 hour long loud disturbance that involved profanity was not dealt with in a way that stopped it. Management was not willing to do anything except move our room in the middle of the night. The location was great and it was clean.

You actually didn’t get to speak with management yet because you didn’t complain until this morning, and I am off work today, even though you were told that I would give you a call first thing in the morning, you were not happy with that. We are short staffed, so I have worked over 130 hours that last two weeks, I am taking a much needed one day off and I will give you a call in the morning. Thank you!
Fair Hot tub was broken, heat was broke and when i called about it no one came to look at it. Same thing on breakfast evrey day. Price good. Location close to dallas.

ok will not stay here again They said they did not come in to clean the rooms daily because of Covid however our room was not clean hair on the bathroom door and floor ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex and they would not give out extra towels.The staff and management act bothered by you if you ask them for or to do something. The hotel was in a good location

Hello, thank you for the review. I’m sorry you were not happy. We have had almost half of our staff out because of Covid and are trying hard to get back to normal. Management is for sure not brother by helping guests, but I’ve had Covid and just returned to work today after being very sick and I’m the manager. We are all just trying to do our best right now. Hotel is not maintained with a General Manager that needs to be tought customer service. I will be posting pictures and giving the Hotel a very poor rating on every site that I can. The bathtubs were rusted with mold in both the 1st and 2nd rooms I was given. When I tried to get a refund and leave I was told I could not get a refund for the first night by the GM. You did not find mold in either room, yes there was rust in the bathtub in the first room you were assigned but we moved you immediately, you were then upset because you had to control the AC on the AC in the room instead of the wall thermostat, which will be fixed as soon as all of the back ordered supplies come in. I have stayed here before, no problem, you have great staff but this was below average for my family our air did not work properly. There were some inappropriately dressed guests going to a party and I had 3 granddaughters who saw them. Friday night my hall and room smelled strongly like marijuana and again, I was embarrassed for my young granddaughters and a bit nauseous. good

Thank you for the review, we do try to make sure that guests are dressed appropriately but we cannot control everyone. We did not get a complaint about AC not working, we would have taken care of it immediately.
