Beware To much theft in that location Nice location

Hello, Pedro. Thank you for the review. We apologize for any problems that you had while staying with us, but we do not have issues with theft inside or outside of this building. We are located less than half a mile from the Bedford Police Station.

Dogs allowed and nice dog areas and clean up stations. I didn't feel like the hotel was clean and the breakfast was not very good. The elevator and the A/C was very loud. Offered to change our room but it would have been harder on our dog. I like that they allowed dogs. The location was good. The area for pets was nice and offered clean up stations. The manager did reach out after our stay to offer an apology.

We booked two night but left after one. There is a charge for dogs but not mentioned anywhere. It was not clean and the elevator was super loud by our room. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off ever time it turned on. I like that they allowed dogs. The location was good. The area for pets was good with clean up stations.

Fair Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were thin. Sheets and comfortable had stains which I wasn't a fan of. I expected more for the money and from previous reviews. Hospitality and support were great.

Unfair and uncaring manager They claim to have changed their pet policy and charged me even though their policies on booking.com clearly say that there is no extra charge. I tried to speak with the manager, April, since both the night and morning attendants spoke with her on the phone on my behalf, but she still made them charge me and she was not around when I checked out in the morning, so the attendant took a message, and she never called me. Very clean and nice. The front desk clerks were friendly.
