To start the neighborhood is a bit dangerous, its not the best our friends got an alert about someone trying to open their car, and homeless people everywhere, there was almost no parking. The hotel room was not very clean there was grafitti on the bedframe, a few red stains on the carpet, and the chairs where so stained almost everywhere. I upgraded and honestly coulve stayed in another better hotel for that price. I took pictures of the room in case they try to charge me for that.

I gave this hotel a poor rating due to the staff, lack of cleanliness, and noise. When we came to check in, the TV in the lobby was blaring so the employee could watch it, which made it difficult to hear, and it was dirty. There were people running up and down the hallways, slamming doors at 3 am. Also, our room was humid, had poor temperature control, and there was nobody available at checkout

Receptionist was very rude, did not even greet us, we had to wake him up from his nap on the corner desk! And we checked in around 6:00 PM. This was on Thursday, May 30, 2024 Hotel is old and very rundown and it has a horrible smell!

I drove 6hours to this location for my daughters birthday. Saturday night I planned to get good sleep due to me having to drive out early Sunday morning. Sunday morning I woken up by banging and yelling on the door across from me. I personally did not come out due to having my daughter and her friend in my room.
