The hotel itself was fine. The staff were friendly. The only complaint we have is the motion detection light in the room. It popped on all night long. It was the worst night of sleep any of us have ever had. When my husband would roll over in bed, the light popped on. Someone would have to get out of bed to turn it off. If one of us or one of the kids wanted to sneak to the restroom, the light would pop on. They’d didn’t clean the room or replace our towels. There was so much trash in the hallways from people setting it out their doors. And they were running out of towels because everyone kept a asking for more but they didn’t take the used ones..

Even though all the places in Texas are now officially open, this place still refused to open its pool, it's workout room or even the breakfast area. Perhaps they lack the staffing to maintain cleanliness after use of the facilities, but then they should not have them or even advertise them on their pictures if we cannot use them. I stayed there over the weekend and my room was not cleaned once! Would not recommend to anyone.

Nothing was great about this place. Water damage everywhere. Best to look elsewhere.

Desk clerk at night wasn’t impressed by him at all And morning clerk was better Also elevator sucked hot as hell Top floor vending , Machines didn’t work and no little store like other la quintas
