There was a humming noise in the room all night. I really do not know where it was coming from. I reported it to the staff the following morning. Did not sleep well

Bad management The hot tub was not hot at all and the pool was greenish in color. I was over charged for my stay and can not get management to call me back! I’ll never stay at this property again!

looked good in the pictures, but... The walls are very thin! The snoring person in the room next door sounded like he was in the room with me. I had to unplug the minifridge, otherwise it would've glugged all night. The bathtub faucet had a constant leak which got worse upon use--the constant drip became a stream. Last night are room was not clean and did not have clean towels it was 1 am when i got back and had to wait for front desk to ask for them since they were dealing with someones else issue

No dining room attendant Or room was a fairly nice room. The big disappointment was the dining area. There was no attendant in sight. Tables were dirty, biscuit crumbs were on the counter. A used waffle batter cup was in the counter. People seem to not pick up after themselves so to not have an attendant was very unpleasant.

The front desk service was terrible, I travel alot & the hotel industry for average hotels & prices need to teach people to greet & smile. This young lady was depressing & she did not want to be there, maybe on her phone. The pillows smelled & the sheets were very uncomfortable, I will not return. I'll pay $10.00 more & stay @ the Holiday Inn in Floresville.
