See above. Sheets on both beds were pilled badly, making them uncomfortable. When my sheets pill, I take them back to the seller. No reason for you to retain them. Breakfast: One employee trying to handle front desk, food, etc. No eggs, out of everything at seven a.m. Coffee undrinkable. Had just been at South Padre island LaQluinta where we had fantastic breakfasts, so difference was quite obvious. Fairly new facilities, friendly staff, clean.
Disappointing. Room was not cleaned on the second day. We were told if you put "do not disturb" on your door between 8 and 9, they will not clean your room. We should have been informed of this ridiculous policy.

OK place, staff needs training. Three miscommunications about our room accommodations. We reserved two rooms with couches. Got one room with couch. Staff needs training.
