Fire alarm battery was low kept chirping no maintenance no batteries on sight was told just to unplug. Didn't seem safe to me

Walls are too thin. Could hear people talking in room next door at 2.00 am. Bed sqeeks and a lot of dust dirt on bed skirt dust on board of headboard pop tarts were on floor. We didn’t eat any so vacuum ing was shallow bugs and more dust in closets

No hot water for 2 days. When reported about the hot water on the first day, they told me they will fix it but it was not. On the 2nd day they finally called the repair person. I asked to print my boarding pass for the airline and the printer was not working. They had left an instruction to forward the print request to another printer and that function did not work. They ended up forwarding the request to a private e-mail address and print it. Process took nearly 30 minutes.

I had 2 rooms on 3rd floor. The elevator was out the entire time. I had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs with 3 kids and ice machine and everything was on 1 st floor. Then while taking a nap the fire alarm went off for no reason. Would have paid extra somewhere else if I knew it would be this bad
