This location needed major bathroom maintenance and had roaches (live/dead) in the room. One roach was found in the bed.
There were roaches in the hotel. When the front desk was advised they said there was nothing they could do about it
To the eye, it appears clean. There was a strong smell, a combination of mildew and urine when I entered our room. Fast forwarding to the evening, after showering and walking around barefoot it was very evident that the room needed a good vacuuming and mopping of the bathroom. The carpet had a lot of sand and the bathroom tiles were slippery even before they were wet from showering. Would not stay here again even though staff was friendly.
I would first off like to say from the outside it looks pretty decent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We checked in everything was seamless until we walked into the room. It was dark even with all of the lights on. Not even 5 minutes in we see a cockroach crawling on the fridge. To our utter horror we open our pizza box where we also find little bugs crawling out of it from every direction. We also noticed stains on our sheets and towels. Front desk was slow to respond. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Hallways smelled like dog/animals. Remote control was dirty, couch was dirty.

Did not realize this is a "pet friendly " hotel. Staff did not seem to care about the barking dog at midnight and then again at 6AM. Breakfast area was full at 8:45, but there was no coffee, no milk and no batter for waffles. Finally got milk and batter out, but staff said the coffee was going to take a while. They should plan better. Put coffee out and start the next pot. Barking dog came off elevator during breakfast and started barking at everyone. Lovely experience.

The card keys did not work. Had to wait for the front desk to come and open the door, very inconvenient The lamps had no light bulbs, and the lighting was poor in the room. The blanket was very thin and not warm. The shower had no hot water. Had to leave without taking a shower. Very disappointed with our stay.

I arrived at 3pm my room was not ready that I could back in an hour. Asked if I could get a discount. Manager in charge was rude he could give a dirty room if didn’t want to wait or he could cancel my room . He stated that people check in a 3 & check out at noon that they only have a small window to clean room. After his rude attitude.& statement (how is it my problem that he doesn’t have enough staff to clean room) Told him he can cancel my room .
I did not get the room I paid for and the staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend it to anyone.
