Rooms need updating Rust on shower Old towels had to go buy one Sheets stained had to go buy some

Don’t book unless absolutely necessary We had to go to a wedding during the pandemic. No coffee. No breakfast. No fitness center. No swimming pool. No housekeeping. Sofa pullout bed had springs poking out & we had to go and ask for bedding. Staff was not accommodating. All of that but they did not give us a break on the rate. I do not recommend.

I do apologize that you were not happy; however, I worked all weekend and we did have coffee, to go breakfast and housekeeping. As you said we are in a pandemic, so the fitness center and pool were closed for the safety of our guest and staff. Our rates have been reduced because of this pandemic and availability of amenities. When you had coffee during your stay or when I called to ask if you would of liked housekeeping service I would have appreciated you letting me know your concerns. Thank you for your feedback.

Upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and I thought "this is gonna be a great stay" how wrong I was! The mini fridge, I opened to put water bottles for my son and found left overs from the previous visitors 😒 Next we head over to the pool to find the pool with ice cold water and a Jacuzzi that was too hot to get in Run back to the room to get in the shower and the tub WOULD NOT drain Staff on duty upgraded my family to a "suite" only difference a couch. This a dog motel ! Very big dogs coming in and out. I had small child. I did not Luke it ! Hear dogs barking all night in my room

Nothing great. Room were hot and stuffy ypon arrival and so were the hallways. Room smelled stale.

The check-in process and the clerk (Aaron) was very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the shower & tub. They properly didn't drain and water was very cold. Walls are little too thin and could clearly hear the person next doors conversation very clear.

The fitness room had equipment that was broken and couldn't use.

I didn’t like the fact that I reserved two queens and the gentleman who checked me in insisted that I reserved a king! I then showed him my reservation and he said “oh well we are sold out of queens!”
