The bathroom was not clean and had hair all over the walls and the floor looked like it was covered in grime. The hallways are not air conditioned and one side of the hotel’s elevators was broken.

My stay was poor the elevator kept breaking down so my family and I had to use the stairs. Going up those stairs was not easy because we had a lot of shopping bags. The room service was Definitely poor we spent 5 days at this hotel and they never changed our Pillowcase never change the Sheets on the bed.
The hotel needs to be updated, cleaned and dusted thoroughly. The smell of the carpets, need to be shampooed and cleaned. The rooms have a moldy smell and the cabinets need to be changed. There’s a lot of understaffing.

The hotel is a budget offering in a good location for the universities. The best thing about the hotel was the coffee. Surprisingly high quality. The staff was also nice. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. Which is inconvenient. The one thing that even budget hotels need to get right is the bed. The bed at the hotel was terrible. Torture to try to sleep on. It was soft and lumpy. It must be very old. Very hard to get a good nights sleep and got up early because I couldn’t take it any longer.

Needs better customer service Gigi did her best to make up for the inconvenience of the customer service that I was given upon arrival and better breakfast is a must.
