I feel robbed because I had to pay for a hotel stay that I never reserved. It was due to someone else’s mistake and a lack of understanding from others. Even though I offered to reschedule the reservation for another day, they refused to accommodate me.” I am so frustrated and I see this so unfair.

Hello. We apologize for the inconvenience. Reservations that are non refundable pre-paid have a no cancellation policy. The hotel cannot cancel any reservation, since expedia was the vendor you used to book the room.
While the area is nice the hotel is "high traffic"

I stayed here for 4 days, our room was in first floor, it was super noisy. The room next to ours, was watching TV super loud and it was really frustrating that they did not consider others. I told the staff and they couldn’t do anything about it. The beds were also uncomfortable and it was not easy to sleep on that.

The staff was very polite. But the room was dirty and had mole on the windows. I asked for the room to be cleaned for the second night but it was the same. The floor was very dirty the bath tub had hair.

Disappointed They now charge 40 dollars for early check in which is understandable but 40 dollars plus the cost of the room isn’t worth paying 200 dollar or more. The only reason I choose this place when I’m in town was because of the early check in. The room has a moldy smell, the pillows are plastic and cut up, you can hear the plastic rattle in your ear everytime you move, the walls are super thin. Good luck trying to sleep past 9AM.
