The carpet in the room was filthy and smelly, had to walk with my flops on. The door latch was torn as if it was forced. The elevator was old and made some curious sounds. Breakfast wasn’t that appealing.

Had a plane to catch nobody at the desk, note says be right back. Couldn't wait dropped my key and left. Should have a drop off box!

Very disorganized hôtel they gave our room twice to other people. Once at 3 am someone open the door they had check us out not even apologizing staff terrible experience. Then they called us at 1pm saying we have to moved out of the room had to send my wife in a cab so she could organize the moved again staff didn’t care. We still had 10 days to stay but we check out

First I will say, the staff was courteous and friendly so my rating is not about them. The room we were given (233) had a very damaged door frame, actually looked as if it had been broken into, due to this our bolt lock did not work. Small ants or something similar were around desk, windows were so filthy on outside we could not see out of them, 2 of the 3 mornings we did not hot water in our showers. This was after the entire shower mechanism fell off it’s base and I had to carefully put it back together and not touch it. I... read more
