Bathroom floor full of hair upon arrival to room. Had to make complaint because housekeeping failed to clean up room during my stay.

Well, seemed like all the customers were staying on the same floor. One night a swarm of police officers were investigating on the same floor as our room. During the morning, all 4 cleaning ladies were vacuuming the hallway at 8 am. Kinda of hard to sleep with 4 vacuums running. Outside they were cutting tree branches in the parking lot and one limb was within 2 feet from my vehicle, so they had to come get me to move my vehicle. Not a comfortable, quiet place to stay.

The property is not well kept. The elevator is slow. The washers/dryers don't function properly (which management is aware of). The room that I was given was moldy and made my family sick. When I requested a different room I was told that none were available and no accommodations were made to exchange the room for a more conducive environment. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else.

I didnt even get to stay here, they canceled my room and didn’t even notify me
