I arrived at 915pm and they had no rooms left.
I had bifold closet doors for my bathroom door , instead of it by folding in the middle of the door, they took those hinges off, put them on the outside and mounted the two doors so you had to open both doors to get in the bathroom the toilet was cracked in six spots inside it was mold around the bottom of the trim in the bathroom. It is just ok
Check in took an extra 25 minutes late at night when I was dead tired . Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel ! Took the extra time to check in .
Elevator is the worst
Hotel was clearly undergoing some refurbishment which it definitely needs. Deposit was charged to my card and has not been refunded, even though they said it was just on hold! Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to get the deposit refunded.
Pet friendly hotel has dogs sleeping in the beds. The mattress reeks of dog as well as the pillows.

The worst hotel I ever stay. A lot of noise from unruly guests and impossible to sleep in these conditions. I had to change room and floor at 2:00 am. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. There are no restaurants at walking distance. No easy transportation
