The breakfast selection was bad. No attention to food safety. And not very much choice no fruit. And only open white slices of bread not covered or in à container of any type.

They ran a room air deodorizer all night long and it was incredibly loud and the staff didnt care.

The property looks beautiful on the outside, but it is looong overdue for a renovation on the inside. The elevators were not working properly; one was down, and the other was on its way out. The room was as clean as it could get but the carpet holds in the smells from the previous decades that now it smells like funk band-aided with carpet freshener. The cabinet laminate was peeling off and the refrigerator was frozen solid.

the fire alarm didn't let us sleep all night

When we arrived the employee was on her phone and did not acknowledge I was there. I was not given instructions of the location of my room and when I attempted to enter one of the sided doors to the key pad was broken and had to walk around back to the main entrance to get to the elevator. I proceeded to go to my room and prepare the babies bed prior to bringing her up since she was sleeping. Check in sucked. Extra charges. Farthest highest room despite requesting a ground floor due to injury. Elevator broken.

The fire alarm get triggered 2 times and we had evacuated the room at 1 am and 10 am on the same day without any problem in the building. The elevator is very old and one of them it was not working when I was leaving. All the carpet should to be changed also.
