When we arrived the employee was on her phone and did not acknowledge I was there. I was not given instructions of the location of my room and when I attempted to enter one of the sided doors to the key pad was broken and had to walk around back to the main entrance to get to the elevator. I proceeded to go to my room and prepare the babies bed prior to bringing her up since she was sleeping. Problem with the alarma sistem and the cleaning. And cockroach in my room.

The fire alarm get triggered 2 times and we had evacuated the room at 1 am and 10 am on the same day without any problem in the building. The elevator is very old and one of them it was not working when I was leaving. All the carpet should to be changed also.

First of all, for the price they charge for a night's stay if we buy the conditions of the hotel, the truth is that they are stealing from people because they are terrible. Hotel was outdated with peeling paint and old green/white tile. Location was good-only 20 minutes from cruise port.
